By downloading the App or using the Service in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service, or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction if higher. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.
3. Description of Service
SOUNDSUS is a real-time multiplayer party game in which players listen to audio clips simultaneously and vote to identify which player received a different version of the clip. The Service is provided for entertainment purposes.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations
- Harass, threaten, or harm other players
- Attempt to disrupt, overload, or interfere with the Service's infrastructure
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the App
- Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the Service
- Upload or transmit content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights
- Impersonate any person or misrepresent your identity
5. Content and Intellectual Property
All software, audio content, graphics, logos, and design elements of SOUNDSUS are the intellectual property of Andres Rivas and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.
6. Audio Content Rights
All audio content served by SOUNDSUS is owned by or licensed to Andres Rivas. The audio clips are provided solely for use within the game and may not be extracted, downloaded, redistributed, or used outside the Service.
7. No Account Required
The Service does not require user accounts. The display name you enter is ephemeral and not associated with any persistent identity or profile. No personal account data is stored after a session ends.
8. Service Availability
We strive to keep the Service available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with or without notice, and we will not be liable for any such changes.
9. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Andres Rivas shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data or loss of enjoyment, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Andres Rivas from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your use of the Service.
12. Termination
We reserve the right to block or restrict access to the Service for any user who violates these Terms, without prior notice.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence may apply in addition.
